Return Policy

At Tallow Oasis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help! Our return policy allows for returns within 60 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the protective seal intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or if the seal has been broken.

You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order receipt.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at info@tallowoasis.com. After reviewing your request, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate address for sending your item back. Please note that returns will not be accepted if they are sent back without prior approval.

Damages or Issues with Your Order:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any issues, such as damaged or defective items, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@tallowoasis.com. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare products that have been opened or used.


Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you'd like.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
